Firstly you will need to make the Banging Zippy Salsa (use the search box above to search for salsa).

Then, you will need to make the Nachos which you can also search for.

To assemble:

1 whole avo

Few blocks danish feta

Some grated cheese

Nachos

Salsa

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mash avo with salt and pepper.

On a plate, add nachos, then salsa on top, then cubed feta, then grated cheddar.

Grill in oven briefly (watch it).

Add avo the top and enjoy!
